WHO YOU ARE CALLING

1896 Plumbing & Heating is a Worcester plumbing and gas heating company run by Cleber Albino. The work is residential and commercial across Worcester County and Central Massachusetts — leaks and repipes, sewer lines, drains, gas boilers and water heaters, gas piping and well pumps.

Practically, the difference customers notice is that the person who looks at the job is the person who quotes it, and that we will tell you when the answer is no. A twenty-year-old boiler that is working is a boiler that is working, and we would rather say so than sell you one you do not need.

Spanish and Portuguese are both spoken here. In this city that is not a nice-to-have — it is the difference between a customer being able to explain what is actually wrong and guessing at it.

We do not offer free estimates and we do not offer financing. There is a $75 dispatch fee to come out and diagnose the problem, and it is applied to your bill when you book the repair.
