Plumbing
We handle residential and commercial plumbing across Worcester County — leaks, blocked and broken drains, sewer lines, water heaters, gas piping, fixture replacement and full repipes. Someone is on call 24 hours a day, and you can reach a person on the phone at any hour.
$75 dispatch fee, credited to your bill when you book.

What we get called for most
The bulk of our work is the unglamorous half of the trade: a pipe that has started dripping inside a wall, a drain that backs up every few months, a shut-off valve that will not shut off. Worcester has a lot of housing built long before anyone thought about how a plumber would reach anything, and that shapes the work more than any other single factor.
- Leak location and repair, including pinholes in old copper
- Blocked sinks, tubs, showers and toilets
- Sewer line repair and replacement, including no-dig methods
- Water heater repair and replacement, tank and tankless
- Gas piping and gas appliance connections
- Fixture replacement — faucets, toilets, sinks, shut-offs
- Full and partial repipes in older homes
What a visit costs to start
We charge a $75 dispatch fee to come out and diagnose the problem, and it is applied to your bill when you book the repair.
We would rather tell you that up front than advertise a free visit and find another way to charge for it. If we look at the job and it is not worth doing, we will say so.
