We collect one thing: what you type into the quote form, which is emailed to us so we can answer you. This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and carries no advertising scripts. We do not sell or share anything with marketers.
What we collect
When you send the quote form we receive your name, your phone number, your email address if you give one, and whatever you write in the message box. That is the whole of it — there are no hidden fields.
When you call or text us we have your phone number, and we keep a note of the job so that the next person you speak to knows what happened last time.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics package, no advertising network, no remarketing pixel and no social tracking script.
The typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font service, so loading a page does not tell a third party that you visited.
Who else sees it
The website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses, in the ordinary way any web host does. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email service. Neither is used to advertise to you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to marketers or lead brokers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and job records are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them — a customer who calls back about work we did two winters ago is better served if we still have the record. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
