Gas only, and why we say so plainly
Plenty of companies in this area list every fuel and every season. We do not. Our work is gas heating, and being clear about that saves you a wasted call and saves us turning up to something we are not the right people for.
We work on gas heating only. We do not service oil heat, and we do not install or repair air conditioning, cooling or mini-split systems — the previous site offered those and we no longer do. If that is what you need, we will tell you on the phone rather than send someone.
No heat in the cold is an emergency
A house with no heat in a Massachusetts January is not a next-week problem, particularly with a baby, an elderly person or anyone unwell in it. That is one of the calls we will come out for at any hour.
Before you call, it is worth thirty seconds to check the thermostat batteries and that the switch beside the boiler has not been knocked off. It is a wasted visit often enough that we would rather tell you on the phone than charge you for it.

- Do you work on oil heating systems?
- No. We work on gas heating only.
- Do you install air conditioning, cooling or mini-splits?
- No. The previous site offered those and we no longer do. If that is what you need, we will tell you on the phone rather than send someone.
- My heat has gone out overnight. Will you come?
- Yes. No heat in freezing weather is one of the calls we come out for at any hour, and there is always someone on call.
- What should I check before calling about no heat?
