Diagnosing it properly first
A pressure complaint on a well system can be the pump, a waterlogged pressure tank, a failed pressure switch, or a genuine supply problem — and they are not interchangeable. Replacing a pump that was fine is an expensive way to find that out.
Rapid cycling in particular is far more often the tank than the pump.
