The clock is the difference
On a domestic call the customer wants it fixed properly. On a commercial call they want it fixed properly and they want the doors open. Those are not in conflict, but they change the order things happen in and they change what is worth doing at two in the morning versus first thing.
We will tell you which of those you are looking at rather than letting you find out when the shift starts.
